Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? 
No, we only ship to the US temporarily.

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping takes about 7-14 business days for package delivery. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays. 

Do I need to pay the sales tax? 
No, there is no sales tax on our site.

What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?

How do I cancel my order?  
All orders are processed within 24 hours or less. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at support@magefy.net within 1 hour of order placement to cancel your order.

My tracking number is not showing any information.
In many cases, the carrier will have delayed tracking updates, approximately 24-48 hours from the original scan of your shipment. If you have received a tracking number without moving beyond the 48-hour window, you can always send us an email at support@magefy.net.

How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?
Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request of exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you.
